Subconscious reprogramming has assisted me with being motivated not only towards eating healthier, but I am now a jogger. My wife and I took a class on the proper manner to jog. I started off jogging a few feet and walking most of the way. However, I am now up to three miles per jogging session. This is quite a feat for me and I am proud of myself.

As you can see from the pictures, I am no longer a beached whale. I have lost not only lots of weight, but lots of inches. I feel so much better and can now give truthful testimony about the powers of working with your subconscious."
